  • No refunds, but please let me know if there is something wrong with your artwork (if you do a chargeback youre getting blocked and blacklisted that is called stealing and I do not tolerate that at all)

  • I do not sell off copyright for my work, however I do a commerical rights fee (+50% of your total)

  • please do not remove any signatures/watermarks I put, claim the art as your own or fail to credit me if you use it publicly ('credits to the artist' is not credit!)

  • DO NOT use my art for NFTs, AI training, crypto or for your own profit somehow. (includes selling it such as merch w/o asking first) You will be blocked and blacklisted

  • please do not color/line any of my sketches I made for you or color in any lineart UNLESS you ask first or are given explicit permission from me!

  • tips are allowed but arent expected, but im so so extremely thankful if you do!!!

You are more than welcome to :
do minor changes to my art * (I would highly prefer you ask first!)
or use my art (with proper credit pls!) for edits*, profile pictures, banners, etc or personal items that you are NOT selling
(ex. a tshirt for yourself only, or to give to a loved one etc etc)also feel free to ask for as many updates!! its not bothersome, atleast give me 24 hours to respond however* !!! DO NOT EDIT MY ART OR COMMISSION/ASK SOMEONE ELSE TO IN ANY WAY, SHAPE OR FORM WITH ANYTHING I HAVE IN THE 'I wont draw' SECTION OF MY TOS. you will be blocked and blacklisted. That behavior is extremely disgusting, it is crossing a boundary I have set. Most of what I have in there is for my own comfort. I do not want me or my art to be associated with majority of those things. If I say no I mean it, that is final. Please go elsewhere. please let me know if you have a deadline for me, I can get it done within a reasonable time! If it is a urgent commission you need within a super quick timeframe, (a few days to a week) I have a $15-20 rush fee depending on the size of art you purchased! (scenes are excluded) I, at times, work slow with art due to burnout, fatigue, mental health issues, etc!! I will work at my own pace if you do not give be a deadline or have bought a rush fee!
